Visited here as the recommendations from my friend for Sunday lunch. Located at the quiet area near the cemetery. There was que and waited for 30min. They serves no MSG Ramen also noodles are home made one. There’s take away booth next to the dining space and selling frozen ramen and some ready made food.

Very delicious Shoyu-Niboshi ramen! It's probably the best ramen shop in Shizuoka City. Be warned: you will have to line up for a bit (It took me, a party of three, about 10-15 min. to get a table which isn't that bad for a popular place). The noodles and soup harmonized really well, and it felt like there was nothing to really improve on. This ramen shop provides a little more noodles than an average ramen shop in the area. So if you're a ramen lover, it should complement your stomach. What I loved about the ramen here was that the niboshi flavor wasn't overwhelming. The fragrance of niboshi was just right and didn't leave that crazy fishy aftertaste most niboshi ramen has. The ramen shop also provided different kinds of ramen too, so you have other options to choose from if you're not so big into niboshi. Because it's not really in an accessible place, be ready to drive there and hopefully find a parking space. Or use public transportation of your choice to get there. I suggest going there during the non-peak hours or on a weekday. A must go-to ramen shop. Hands down. 良いラーメンに出会いました! ごちそうさまでした!
