The parking lot is easy to park and get in and out. Today I had salt and thin noodles from Cattle Patine. The light yet rich soup was topped with sesame seeds, charred green onions, tomato jelly, and many other delicious ingredients😁The chashu pork was soft and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and the customer service was polite and I was able to have a very pleasant and enjoyable meal. Next time, I would like to try the hand volcano cappuccino, which is limited to 10 servings. Thank you for the meal😋

The interior is American style. I bought a ticket for Paitan Ramen Salt/Soy Sauce. When ordering, choose salt or soy sauce and thin or medium-thick noodles. I made it into thin noodles with salt. The soup is clear white in color and refreshing, but the stock is rich. Perhaps because of the deep bowl, the soup stayed warm until the end.

We went early for dinner. I ordered cattle paitan ramen and chashu bowl. You can choose from two types of noodles: thin noodles and medium thick noodles. The ramen had cute ice cubes floating on it and tasted like tomato. Although it is a hot water soup, it has a gentle taste with little odor or stickiness. The interior of the store is stylish and the customer service is good, so I was satisfied with the high rating it received.
