Orders are made by purchasing a meal ticket, and detailed orders are made orally. I asked for the Fujisoba set without knowing it, but the noodles were thick noodles at the level of "Udon?" Only thick noodles are a little hard and cannot be slurped together. If you can ask for thin noodles, it might be better to have them. It's a so-called Jiro-style ramen, but it's not that heavy and I think it's relatively easy to eat. It's a rice bowl that comes with it, but it has a lot of chashu on it, and it feels like you're eating meat. Mayonnaise is also hidden under the char siu, and the image is that the calories will hit you with all your might. Do not touch while dieting. You will be more than satisfied with this set! There is the joy of sipping on the rich soup while enjoying the aroma of the wheat in the thick noodles. Recommended for lunch! Part of the fun is seeing the beautiful ladies working at the store.

I recommend adding more onions (and more vegetables) (I think the picture was of a large serving of stupid pork noodles with more vegetables) The female clerk who looks Chinese is a nice person. The Thai-looking male clerk making the ramen is also a nice guy. Last time I was there, there was a Yankee-looking female clerk who had a bad attitude. The store manager has changed, and the store staff has changed a lot, so the taste has changed a bit from before. I'm not good at explaining the taste, but after eating it, I realized how delicious it was.
