2nd visit in 2023/11. There is no other chashu noodles like this. Homemade melty roasted char siu. The edges are rarely hard. Crisp and light soy sauce soup. Thick noodles are for chewy maniacs. Thin noodles are for everyone. The image is of thick noodles. The roasted pork that is served at the store is made by a craftsman at the grill. Only less than 10 counter seats available. We recommend visiting with 1 or 2 people. Recently, we have become closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

2023.12.2 Handmade char siu noodles, vegetable ramen. The char siu is large, creamy and delicious. The handmade noodles have a strong wheat aroma and are chewy. The thin noodles of the vegetable ramen are smooth and have a strong wheat aroma. Plenty of vegetables too. They were both delicious.

I received a large bowl of ramen. It's not listed on the menu, but the noodles are double the size for an extra 200 yen. It was huge and delicious. Next time, I'd like to try the Sichuan miso vegetables that I missed this time.
