Shizuoka, Japan｜Denmaru

As a restaurant chain, I use this restaurant as often as Sukiya. My only choice on the menu is the rich miso ramen, but this flavor is my favorite and I order it every time. The miso in the soup is so thick that if you don't do it well, you might feel like choking, but my wife says that adding hot water would be just the right amount. That being said, I personally find the flavorful, deep miso taste to be the best. Also, I personally like the firm, medium-thick curly noodles that are unique to Sapporo Miso Ramen.

I'm just grateful that they're here 24 hours a day. The late night ramen I ate straight from Kusanagi no Yu on Friday night was exceptional. It's no wonder that it was crowded with a variety of customers.

Hokkaido ramen. Good, good 😃 If you want miso ramen in Shimizu, this is it. Rich miso, red miso, white miso, all are good! ️ I personally like the rich. When I'm homesick, I remember Sapporo so much that I could cry. I want to eat pork soup ramen in the morning too! ️
