I discovered this on a Sunday night while driving in the rain, deciding to have ramen for dinner tonight. First of all, some serious pork bones! So, I ordered the chef's Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Special and the imitoku aburameshi as a side menu. There are three types of chashu: standard, slightly rare, and fatty cartilage. With seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and lots of other ingredients, it's worth the price of 1,100 yen. The soup is delicious without being too rich. The aburameshi is quite spicy, but when you drink it with the soup and a little bit of chopped garlic on the table, it's truly an immoral experience. There is a wide variety of tonkotsu soy sauce, Jiro style ramen, tandan noodles, Chinese noodles, etc., so I would like to try it again!
