I used to come here often, but this was my first visit in about 10 years, and when I came here, the miso ramen tasted just as good. The style is to eat thinly sliced ​​pork and bean sprouts, thin noodles, and dissolve the miso. I like to eat without adding too much miso until the end, but if you don't have enough miso, they will add more.

Details are as others have said. The speed of the bowl is outstanding. The number of seats is small, so it's a speed game. Lines are inevitable at shops that take time. I eat Sapporo miso ramen and ramen (soy sauce) alternately. Many people eat miso ramen, but soy sauce ramen is also delicious!

This is my favorite ramen shop that I have been going to for over 40 years! The ultra-thin noodles, bamboo shoots, and char siu that can only be tasted here are exquisite! A long-established store that makes you want to eat even in the hot summer. It's a famous store that you don't want to miss! Sapporo miso ramen is also excellent!
