Shizuoka, Japan｜一心

It's been a long time since I visited, but it was still delicious. Sesame miso corn butter ramen was spicy when I ordered it with normal spiciness, and it was quite spicy with a lot of chili peppers. However, I was really satisfied with the amount of bean sprouts and sesame miso that I couldn't quite reach the noodles.

Recently, I went to a ramen shop that I had been curious about. Instead of the most popular sesame miso ramen, I chose vegetable sauce ramen and stamina bowl. The vegetable ankake ramen was as expected. It’s similar to Sanmamen and it’s the best🍜 Stamina bowl comes with soup and raw egg and is perfectly seasoned👌 The taste is appealing and cannot be found at major restaurants. Most of the payments are cashless, so it's nice to be able to go without a wallet. Food is served quickly and there is a parking lot for about 10 cars. I'm also curious about the weekday limited set menu and will try it next time!

I've been eating here for 20 years and it's still delicious. The sesame miso ramen is their signature dish, but I like the simple soy sauce ramen, so I often order it. Vegetable ankake ramen is also delicious. I've been to many ramen shops, but I think Isshin is the best soy sauce ramen!
