Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan｜Shōfuku ramen

There is often a line but usually more than a 15 minute wait. This place has the best ramen I have had in Fuji so far. I recommend their Black Delicious Ramen.

I had delicious ramen with all the toppings. It was very delicious. The staff have a cheerful voice, but are not polite. There is a food ticket system, and there is one food ticket machine on the left side of the entrance. There are counter seats and table seats, so it's easy to accommodate one person or several people. The cup of tea had an oily smell, so it might be better to buy a drink from the vending machine outside. There are apparently 25 parking spaces. There was an ashtray outside the store near the entrance where you could smoke.

I visited for the first time at lunch the other day! The inside of the store was quite crowded, with some seats full and some customers waiting in line. We had a stroller, but they removed one of the chairs from the table without us saying anything. I ordered tonkotsu ramen with hard noodles, and even though it was a very crowded store, I think it came out in about 5 minutes 🍜 When my husband tried to add pepper, it suddenly came out...I was sorry, but when I asked if the soup could be diluted, he responded with a smile🥲 The tonkotsu ramen came with a free extra egg, and the soup was a bit thick and delicious! If you like a lighter flavor, you may want to use a lighter soup. I think I'll try ordering it diluted next time ( ˊᵕˋ* ) Even when I left, I was greeted with a smile at the entrance, and it was a shop I would like to visit again 😌
