Numazu, Shizuoka, Japan｜拉麺 忠次朗

A Chinese restaurant with a variety of menus in Numazu City. It's far away from us, but I've eaten there many times. The B set of basic seasoned soy sauce ramen and mapo tofu are recommended because they are large. There are many ramen with funny names and the buvara with pork cartilage and cabbage was really good. As the name suggests, Karacolor Men Miso is a spicy miso ramen that is well-balanced and delicious, but not so spicy. I don't have a picture, but I also recommend Gingi Ramen with a strong garlic soup and Chujiro Ramen with delicious bean paste. The dumplings came with wings, which was also good. Recently, prices have risen due to soaring prices, but the taste and quantity are the best. The customer service is bright and it is always crowded with locals.

There was a lot of volume, and the fried rice was especially delicious. The set was also reasonably priced. I would like to visit you again.

I didn't go to the restaurant because I heard that everything was so big that I couldn't eat it all. I wanted to eat a half-char set meal, but since it's my first time trying salt ramen, I chose salt ramen. It was delicious and just the right amount! Let's make it a set meal next time!
