Numazu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Rai Rai Tei

I’ve been to several Rai Rai Tei locations around Japan. It’s one of my favorite Ramen restaurants. The Rai Rai Tei in Hara is one of the better ones! The ramen was made perfectly! Good soup, good toppings, and noodles were cooked exactly how I like them. If it wasn’t so unhealthy, I could eat this everyday.

Love the “Aka Miso Ramen” and “Shoronpo” here. The staff is also very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend this place!

Among the many Rairaitei restaurants, I think the Numazuhara and Fujiyoshiwara stores have the most consistent and strong soy sauce flavor. In particular, the soy sauce ramen made by manager Hara is outstanding! He must be good at making soy sauce and letting it age. The soup was piping hot till the end, no complaints. It's a shame that today is the last day, Thank you very much for the last drink!
