2024/1/22 revisit I'm not a fan of eating tsukemen, but I thought it's not good to not eat or dislike tsukemen, so I thought I'd give it a try once in a while, so I went to ``Second Boy'', who lives nearby from work. If you research the menu in advance, you can get the large size for free and the special size for an additional 120 yen. I went to the special portion on my first try~ lol The noodles are delicious with a chewy and chewy texture. The dipping sauce has a strong seafood flavor, but I love it so it's no problem. The pork bone has a strong texture and clings to the noodles perfectly. The super-soft char siu and crispy menma submerged in the dipping sauce are also nice accents. Tsukemen is delicious, isn't it? It's my first time eating out tsukemen in my life lol Also, the flavored eggs on the noodle side and the char siu are so good that you'll probably get addicted to them. This time there are a lot of noodles, so ①Black pepper + dipping sauce ②Ichimi + dipping sauce ③As is + dipping sauce ④Salt only I tried eating it. The noodles are so delicious that you can probably finish the whole meal with just the salt. Search on Google Maps and stop by. Rich seafood soup. It felt like it was carefully made and went well with the noodles. The char siu was also soft and had a nice flavor. Recommended if you're heading east. The flow in Country 1 is fast, so please be careful when visiting.
