I had spicy miso seafood ramen and green onion chashu rice. First of all, it's ramen, and as the name suggests, the seafood stock was very effective and had a rich flavor, with plenty of spiciness. Also, the noodles were medium-thick and had a chewy texture, but the soup was so rich that it mixed well with the noodles. Since the toppings were minimal, I felt that there was nothing interfering with the dish. Next is the green onion chashu rice, which has more shredded green onions on it than I expected, so I think it will be irresistible for green onion lovers. Also, the flavor of each grain of the favorite char siu was soaked in properly, and the more I chewed, the more flavor the char siu came out, so I couldn't stop eating the rice. However, the spiciness of green onions is quite strong, so it may not be recommended for people who don't like that kind of thing. As you can see in the photo, I received spicy miso seafood ramen, spicy miso, and garlic sauce when I was eating rice, and if I use these when I get tired of the second half of the meal, I get my appetite again. I was especially addicted to the garlic sauce. There are 4 seats (4 people) at the table, and 7 to 8 people can sit at the counter. It was empty when it opened at 11 a.m., but as it approached 12 p.m., it started to get crowded with people taking breaks from work. (Weekdays) When I was leaving, the staff at the restaurant took the trouble to look into the kitchen and say, ``Thank you very much,'' so I was able to leave in a good mood.
