I had the soy sauce ramen and green onion chaashu bowl from the charred green onion menu. First of all, for ramen, you can choose thin noodles or thick noodles, and I ordered thin noodles as shown in the picture. I could feel the umami of the seafood and the fragrant aroma of the green onions well before I ate it. The soup has a calming flavor of seafood, but you can feel the depth of soy sauce. In addition to that, the taste of the charred green onion was firmly ingrained and it was delicious. The char siu was thicker and softer than I expected, and the flavor was well absorbed, but it wasn't too strong and was easy to eat. In my personal opinion, I think it's a wasteful ramen that you have to taste and eat as a whole. Next is the green onion chashu bowl, but I think that soy sauce is the main sauce, not the royal sweet sauce, but I felt that it was seasoned just right so as not to interfere with the taste of the ingredients. The spiciness of the white-haired green onions is a good accent, and it matches well with the char siu. In particular, the seaweed was a little sweet, and the white-haired green onions were a good seasoning, so I felt that it was good not to feel excessively spicy. I felt that there was nothing that got in the way, including the ramen. There are 4 counter seats and 3 table seats (for about 4 people). Although it was a Sunday, we arrived a little past opening time, but there was still a line. Also, please note that it was more crowded when I left than when I came to the store.

I came here on a business trip, so I did some research beforehand and came to Yakumiya, a famous restaurant. It was after 2pm on a weekday, so it was reserved. The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes. I had the Tenkomorimen salt with roasted green onions and the green onion chaashyudon on the side. I was very satisfied.The soup had a gentle and elegant scent of charred green onions, a perfect harmony of animal and seafood, and the homemade noodles that went with it.I chose thin noodles, but I think the salt goes well with thin noodles. It's neither too sticky nor too light, so you can eat it forever. The chashu is thick and chewy at first, but it melts as you bite into it. The wonton is a gyoza-type dish, and it's voluminous and delicious, which goes well with it. The boiled eggs are soft-boiled and have a rich flavor. The chaashu bowl on the side is also delicious with the green onions as a nice accent. I drank all the soup and enjoyed my meal.

Roasted Green Onions and Soy Sauce Char Siu Noodles (Thick Noodles) The charred leek accent was good in the rich soup with dried sardines. The char siu has a simple seasoning and goes well with the soup. delicious. Shrimp Oil Salt Wonton Noodles I took a bite. It had a very elegant taste and the flavor of the shrimp matched very well.
