Numazu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Chicken Broth Ramen Shirogane

Thick chicken broth ramen.. not too much salt. Very tasty. ¥950 worth the walk.

Parking is available in front of the store. Chicken Paitummi is a masterpiece with a creamy and rich soup that will make you addicted to it. I ordered additional rice that I hadn't planned on and it was delicious! The shop has a nice atmosphere and is highly recommended.

The noodles looked like whole wheat flour and had dark grains in them.They were thick, chewy, and the soup coated the noodles and was delicious. The dish I ate was Tsukemen, and the soup seemed to have a lot of different ingredients in it, so the texture was fun. I actually wanted to order the ojiya to finish the meal, but I didn't have the cash so I couldn't eat it (tears). Most ramen shops have cash-paying ticket machines, but I wish they would be more in line with today's times. (It would be nice if you could pay by card or electronic money) I'm thinking about these things these days. Next time I go, I want to enjoy it till the end.
