You can choose between thin noodles and flat noodles. Personally, I found the wonton noodles to be more delicious with the soup than the chashu noodles. And the condiment, mitsuba, was a nice accent. We recommend a half-sized set of offal stew that comes with rice, or a take-out option that can be enjoyed with alcohol. The boiled offal is soft and has no odor, and the careful processing is what shines through. The overall low price is also attractive. It's a ramen shop with good customer service that I hope will continue for a long time. The only drawback is that the store is small and has limited capacity, so there is a high possibility of waiting during peak hours.
