More Comments at Google MapI ordered Suruga salt soba with garlic. I moved the lunch time a bit, but it was quite crowded. When you hand over your meal ticket, you can choose whether or not you want garlic, and whether you want thin or curly noodles. I like curly noodles, so I'm grateful for that. The soup is refreshing, but I like that it's not too refreshing! I couldn't help but gulp it down. Salt ramen tends to have a salty aftertaste, but this didn't! It's always delicious in your mouth. I guess the price is a little high.
Style to buy a meal ticket at the entrance first daimen thick noodles It's chewy, so your jaw gets tired, but you'll get used to it. I only eat here Others look delicious I can't help but ask for large noodles It used to have a raw egg, but now it doesn't seem to Choice of garlic topping
``This isn't the ramen I know...'' I remember being shocked a dozen years ago, when I didn't even know that Jiro-style ramen existed. Since then, I've been hooked on this large bowl of noodles, and I have fond memories of how my blood pressure got really bad when I ate a large serving twice a week...lol I can't eat large portions like I used to, but I love it!
