More Comments at Google MapIt hurts that I'm doing it all by myself and it's a little slow. But all the customers know this too, and are looking forward to the delicious ramen. On this day, we had refreshing green onion ramen with soy sauce flavor. It was delicious. Both noodles and soup.
Negi ramen (medium) 650 yen! If you want to eat ramen in the morning and want something light and not too spicy, then this is the place for you. The pork shoulder roast is thick and very satisfying. The green onions were finely chopped and had a perfect crunch. Even though the noodles are medium-sized, there is a sufficient amount, and they are smooth and do not have the strong smell that is typical of ramen. I don't think people who say that the noodles are hard understand the characteristics of these noodles. The noodles that go well with the soup are Marumo noodles, which are famous for Fujinomiya Yakisoba, and they go well with the soup. Am I the only one who feels that Marumo's ramen noodles are rare and worth eating on their own, and that it's worth paying 1,200 yen for plain ramen in Tokyo? By default, there are 4 slices of chashu and seaweed on top, which is another reason why most ramen shops don't have at least 1 slice of char siu on top unless it's chashu noodles, and I'm a seaweed fan considering there are only 2 slices of nori. happy. Moreover, the price is 650 yen, the best value for money! I hope this flavor continues forever.
The char siu here is exquisite. You should try it once. The noodles are Marumo noodles, but they are thin and flat, with a texture reminiscent of Sano. The soup is not too thick and doesn't leave you feeling thirsty afterwards. Is it because the number of grams per serving is so large that you feel like you've eaten a full meal even with a normal amount of noodles? ! Eating regular soy sauce ramen and green onion rice topped with chashu fills me with a sense of happiness. A cup where you can feel the spirit of the owner who is very particular about his passion. A taste that makes you want to eat it regularly.
