Numazu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Numazu Konshinya

This place will forever be my favorite ramen place I've ever been to! You order on the machine before you sit down, but they have pictures for the popular stuff (if you don't read Japanese like us) so we went with their pork ramen. The #1 is yummmmyyyyy! They ask how you want it made. How much oil, how strong of flavor, etc. Their condiments at the tables allow you to tweak the taste and I added a little bit of minced garlic. Oh my goodness. It seriously is the best thing ever! Their gyoza here too is PERFECT! I will be craving this place until I come back!

Best Ramen I have had in Japan in my opinion. The store is a chain Ramen shop so there are located in other places. I went to the Numazu branch and ordered a pork bone (豚骨) based ramen. The broth was to die for! Rich and creamy, I even dare say soul warming. I was mostly impressed with the cute printed sea weed when I went. It had the days date on it. And still tasted soo good.

Food is delicious. Service is great. Price is affordable. One of the most delicious Ramen I’ve ever had. However be prepared for a long queue if you are at lunch or dinner time.
