The texture of the noodles is between flat and curly, and the texture is uneven. Although the soup is made with soy sauce, it has no soy sauce flavor and is refreshing. We had delicious.

They don't make it unless the order is put together, and they don't make it in the order they ordered, so if two people order different items, they will come at different times.
