A ramen restaurant located in Susono City that serves delicious soy sauce pork bones. It's a little hard to find as it's located in a back street of a shopping street. The menu is of the type where you purchase a meal ticket, and this time I ordered the A set of soy sauce pork bone ramen and half fried rice. It was a type of family-style ramen with the smell of pork bones. It's an addictive type of family ramen, and it's really delicious. The half-fried rice was a little oily, and it was good because it had a lot of pieces of chashu pork in it. The downside is that the lighting inside the store is dim and the area is a bit disorganized. The customer service is good and the taste is good, so this is a recommended Iekei ramen restaurant in Susono City.

This is a ramen shop where you can enjoy "junk ramen" that makes you want to eat it addictively. At around 13:00 on a holiday, the restaurant, which had 6 counter seats and 2 tables, was full and I had to wait about 5 minutes to enter. The ramen is a basic family style ramen with spinach, green onions, cabbage, seaweed, and chashu. As usual, I ordered the firm and dark one. The short round noodles are entwined with the soup, and the rice and seaweed soaked in the soup go perfectly together. Although the char siu is thin, it's moist and fatty, so it's quite filling. Personally, I like adding vinegar to the ramen after eating about half of it to make it mellower. Also, the abura soba has a junky flavor that can only be found here, with a flavor that brings out the flavor of the egg yolk. (In fact, the flavor is so strong that the egg is the main character.) We also recommend the firmer and darker version, but the firm, round glutinous noodles go perfectly with the ingredients. It doesn't taste like spice or garlic at all, but it has a punch of pork fat(?), and even as a Jiro fan, I'm always satisfied with this cup. The overall flavor is strong and has a strong oily feel, so I think it's a taste that people either like or dislike, but it's a restaurant that has quite a number of fans. Payment is by cash only with meal tickets. There are several parking spaces in front of and beside the store.

I ordered abura soba and rich miso ramen. Abura soba is straight soba noodles without mayonnaise. The white green onions added to it made the abura soba taste less harsh, making it very easy to eat. The rich miso is a miso flavor based on pork bones (I think), and the green onion is also an accent, giving it a refreshing taste that isn't too strong. Overall, Mr. Ogawa's green onions are not spicy and make the unique taste of the pork bones refreshing. I ordered set B, which was my favorite ramen and half fried rice. Is this fried rice really half the size? I later realized that it was ancestry, but it might be difficult for people who don't like the strong scent of pork bones. I think pork bone lovers will be irresistible from the moment they enter the store. If you want to pay with QR payment, you can place your order by talking to the staff instead of using the ticket machine.
