A ramen shop across from the Espot Sunto store. I had red miso dandan noodles here. The noodles are thick and firm. The soup was thick, but it wasn't too spicy, and it was very delicious with a mellow taste. The condiments were chili and Japanese pepper. Also, the soup felt lukewarm. Come to think of it, I can't help but feel that it's similar to the taste of motsuni soup.

I came to the store around 12:30 on weekdays and ordered spicy miso (extremely spicy). The noodles were chewy and entwined with the greasy soup, and the secretion of happy hormones did not stop. I moved to Shizuoka from Tokyo last year, but this is the most delicious ramen I've eaten in the past. I'm also interested in spicy miso fire and curry ramen, so I'll definitely go again!

The main dish is miso-based ramen. Soup, noodles, char siu and The balance is perfect. I'm more than satisfied with just the noodles. I end up ordering rice. lol
