Good food

It is a pity that only 5 stars can be given, and it is a highly conscientious shop. I don't know how many times I waited for the store to open. Cheap, fast, and delicious. The voices of the owner and employees are pleasant. The noodles are neither too hard nor too soft, and the soup is thick and rich. Add more toppings and boiled egg is a must, and it's an exquisite finish. Speaking of perfect marks, how the char siu's crumbly feeling is so perfectly finished is insanely delicious. The perfect temperature makes it easy for children to serve, so you don't have to worry about the soup being too hot and having to cool it down before giving it to your child. That's not to say it's warm. By the way, for a period of time, I continued to go there at a pace of 5-6 times a month and conquered the entire menu except tsukemen. Fried rice, pork mixed rice bowl, stamina rice bowl, and gyoza are of course delicious, but my favorite is “Chive ball bowl” even though it is the cheapest. I highly recommend it because the exquisite fluffy texture and seasoning of the egg is addictive. I've eaten a lot in the ramen battlegrounds such as Omiya in Tokyo, but there aren't many shops that are as good as this in the whole country.

The base is rich and rich pork bone ramen, but the taste is not that noticeable. There was a smell of pork bones coming from outside the store, but it had a strong smell like Nagahama, but it wasn't that strong. When I asked the staff for recommendations, they gave me recommendations, and when I heard the details, I wanted to try them all. The special ramen I actually ate was pork bone ramen with vegetables and backfat. It looks gross, but that's because it has back fat. The soup is rich but mellow and easy to drink. The noodles are curly and mix well with the soup, making it a satisfying meal. It's so delicious that I would go there every day if it was nearby! The stamina ramen that my friend was eating was also spicy and delicious with miso based on pork bones. Is there a parking lot for about 5 cars? Sorry for vaguely remembering.
