I arrived at the opening time of 11:20 on a holiday and there was only one person waiting, so I went to the Egg Mart next door and by 11:25 there were over 10 people in line, so I hurried to get in line. Since the restaurant opened right away, we had to wait about 10 minutes to get the bowl. Ribbed pork belly with char siu soy sauce. Still delicious. The pork belly is grilled, which doubles the flavor. The same menma on the tip of the head is also delicious. Toward the end of the soup, I sprinkled some yuzu from Miyazaki Prefecture and enjoyed the sourness, and finished the soup for the first time in a while. It's not thick so you can drink it all. There is a long wait, but the store opens quickly. By the way, there is a waiting board after the store opens. The parking lot is shared with Egg Mart, so it's spacious. There is almost no shade while waiting. The toilets are very clean. The counter is doglegged and has about 8 seats? Are there 2 seats at the table? Or 3 seats for 4 people. Fees are paid in arrears.

I went on a Saturday around 1pm and was seated right away. I also had salt ramen with flavored egg toppings and boiled dumplings. The roasted pork and menma just beforehand are delicious! The amount is just right for a woman.

When you enter the store at opening time, you will be guided to a table seat, leaving two seats at the counter. The restaurant has a capacity of 16 people, with 8 counter seats and 2 table seats for 4 people each. Orders are taken in order of entering the store, and there are rare shops that take orders in the order they decided to order, so I have a good feeling about that. I ordered the small green onion ramen topped with soy sauce and the shoulder roast pork noodle salt flavor. There was a bit of a wait, probably because it was the second round, but it was served soon. The taste was delicious. First of all, it looks like a large amount of small green onions. It's nice to have that kind of impact. A basic soy sauce soup is combined with a carefully prepared stock made from dried sardines and chicken bones, then grilled thick-sliced ​​char siu and bamboo shoots. The strongly seasoned egg in the soup also balances out the overall taste of the ramen. I've been eating various ramen, but I'm really happy to meet this kind of shop. Satisfied with customer service and taste. The shoulder roast char siu salt ramen I got was also really delicious.
