It was delicious. I decided to try it since this week's meat has just started. This is interesting. I like the taste, but most of all I like the atmosphere. I felt that it was a wonderful shop. When I started eating the tsukemen soup, they warmed me up with the clay pot in the photo. I was happy that the meat rice and chicken tempura were cheap during the lunch service, and I also like that they have a lot of ramen-related manga.

This is a miso ramen specialty store opened in Numazu City. This is a story about a previously renovated tonkotsu ramen restaurant. This time, I ordered a 4-piece serving of Kotteri's Hokkai. The miso ramen had a soup that I had never eaten before, and it was shocking. Made with pork bone miso, it has a unique flavor with a hint of spice. The smoked eggs are also delicious. Also, the bowl was piping hot. It's very delicious, but I think it has a very original taste. The set menu was a good deal, and the two pieces of chicken tempura and seasoned rice were good. There are no large servings of noodles, but there are substitutes. However, the regular portion is enough so you can be satisfied. I thought there was one more memorable Numazu restaurant.

I came here for the first time at the suggestion of a junior on my way home from fishing. I ordered tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, but the owner served me a sheet of seaweed without green onions. I'm very happy to see this kind of consideration. The overall taste was well-balanced, and despite the thick grilled pork and soy sauce pork bone soup, it was light and delicious. It was the first time I had seen bonito flakes in pork bone soy sauce, but I felt that this also played a role in bringing the flavor together. Sorry for the above, but shouldn't it be more popular? I tought. The parking lot faces the road and is difficult to park, so it would be a problem if it became too popular... (lol)
