I felt that it was quite sophisticated ramen. I chose soy sauce ramen for the second time, and I feel that the crisp taste of soy sauce is a perfect match for my taste. Of course, the soup stock itself is a timeless finish. I don't care if it doesn't matter, but I like that the owner is probably the same generation as me, and the background music is popular songs from the 90s and 2000s.
