Quite outstanding! The noodles have a soft texture but are chewy at the same time, which is really rare. The soup itself has the umami flavor of chicken, and paired with crispy dried shrimp, it gives off a more three-dimensional seafood flavor, reminiscent of Thai curry. The fried fish cakes are also excellent, juicy and full of the aroma of green onions. The accompanying sauce does not overpower the flavor and is extremely complete. Highly recommended!

The soup is rich and the noodles are super delicious. It was the first time I saw it eaten like this. Halfway through the meal, it was really a bit too salty. Suddenly the boss poured a cup of light soup, so I rolled the noodles soaked in the soup on a spoon. Add clear soup, and it will have a different flavor when you eat it, which is delicious without violating the harmony.

Best chicken based tsukemen I’ve had so far. It’s in the B1F floor. Great service and great taste! Highly recommended! ごちそさまでした。
