I ordered char siu noodles with soy sauce thick noodles for lunch on a weekday. I can recommend this ramen as the most delicious ramen in Yugawara than a certain famous ramen shop. The location of the shop has been moved to the location where the former soba restaurant was located. Please note that they are only open during lunch hours. 【ramen】 This is a type of ramen that is not a ~-type. It looks similar to the Jiro type, but it has a strong taste and a refreshing feel, making it easy to eat. Ramen comes in soy sauce, miso, salt, etc., but we recommend soy sauce. You can choose between thick and thin noodles, and the thick noodles are chewy and thick, but they mix well with the soup and are delicious. You can choose the strength of the soup, and kotteri sells out early on holidays. If you order rice separately, you can make chashu rice with guinea pigs, so please try it! 【Inside the store】 The number of seats in the store has decreased compared to before the relocation. 2 tables for 3 people 1 table for 4 people 4 single-person tables There are chairs for about 5 to 6 people in the store. 【parking】 There are 2 parking spaces directly behind the nearest gas station. It is narrow and located higher than the road, and a car with a low vehicle height rubs underneath.

2023/8/30 First visit after moving Salted char siu thin noodle soup was normal Delicious as ever The parking lot is the same as before My husband and I are doing our best. I like it more than that Iida Shoten. Only miso noodles are thick noodles. I can't choose, it seems to be the shopkeeper's commitment. I think that's fine. I would like to support you from now on.

It's black soup and flat noodles, but it's not Odawara-style. It's an original ramen shop that you won't find in this area, and it's much better than the nearby Iida Toka. I tried making Ramen Jiro style with a large serving of soy sauce char siu thick noodles plus bean sprouts & garlic (900+100+100+50=1,150 yen!). The result was that the soup, chashu, and noodles were all different; only the appearance was Jiro, but the inside was original to Mennokura. Even on weekdays, the restaurant fills up quickly after opening at 11:30, but the turnover is quick. Komatsuya Seimen's thick noodles are flat but not curly and have a smooth texture similar to kishimen, and you can also choose thin noodles. The soy sauce soup is also black and salty, and you can choose between light, normal, and rich. Miso ramen only has thick noodles. A miso soup featuring charred green onions. Meal ends at 12:30 on weekdays! The char siu ended at 1pm. It runs out a little faster on the weekends.
