I was worried about the taste after reading the reviews, but both the noodles and soup were delicious! ! ! ! The store staff were cheerful and polite, or quiet, so I felt comfortable. However, I feel that the seasoning of the ramen and the way it is presented changes depending on the day you go.

A lovely tsukemen with a faint scent of yuzu. I've only ever eaten tsukemen, but it's a delicious restaurant. It may be due to the time of day, but I feel like it takes a little bit longer for the food to come out after ordering.

When it comes to tsukemen, it's Taishoken. There are several restaurants in my neighborhood that serve tsukemen, but I decided to visit here for the first time in a while, thinking that this is the standard. I ordered tsukemen and half fried rice. When it arrived, there was a lot of fried rice! This is all fried rice. This alone could be a light lunch. It was a hearty side dish with a light garlic flavor. The dipping sauce is translucent, seafood-based, and gives the impression of being light for tsukemen. I don't really understand why I like this. However, the soup here is better served with tsukemen rather than regular ramen. It has a good balance, and I think that's why I want to eat it again.
