That Tetsumen is back. I felt lonely when the Ishizaka store closed and the Matsumoto store closed, but it was reopened on September 8th. My husband and I came here at noon on a Sunday, so it was crowded, but we were seated within 5 minutes. I ordered the pork bone chashu noodle barikata. It has a soy sauce flavor based on pork bones, but it's not at all overpowering. The noodles are firm and go down smoothly. It's been a long time since I've had a good meal, just like before. The staff was very responsive and it was a nice change of pace. I would like to repeat it again when I get a chance. Welcome home, Mr. Tetsumen.
