Amazing Chilli Pork Ramen and very friendly staff! Lots of soft pork in the ramen broth!

I received the spicy one. You can feel the umami in the spiciness. The vegetables such as green onions have a very crunchy texture, and the noodles are well made so that you won't get bored even after all the noodles are eaten. The large piece of chashu and chunks of chashu give you the sweetness of the fat, flavor, and texture. Even while eating the noodles and vegetables, there is a sense of presence until the end.

It's delicious. The salt and soy sauce are accented with mizuna. The char siu is a bit fatty and meaty. Spicy levels range from 1 to 3, and even 1 is quite spicy. Spicy cubes of chashu are hidden in the soup. Great deal! It has been renovated and replaced with noodles from Kanno Seimenjo. Now you have even more delicious chicken hot water! Personally, it's perfect! The normal size is well balanced.
