Ichiban-tei here has a system called a rice bar, and you can eat rice and rice porridge as much as you want for an additional 280 yen. Also, the set meal comes with a basic rice bar, so it's a great deal. I love Fujinomiya's Ichiban-tei, but I highly recommend Fuji Denpo's Ichiban-tei because of its good cost performance.
