Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan｜麺処 寅路

Was a bit skeptical when the other reviews labelled it as the best. However, we've been travelling around Japan for 5 weeks now and I was really disappointed at the ramen and this changed everything. We had the miso ramen and the miso tsukemen with gyoza. Both were rich in flavour and texture ! Gyozas were tasty and served generously that we almost ordered a second serve. Highly recommended!!

Brilliant soup base, chewy ramen, nice handmade chai shu. Recommended! Suggest to go with empty stomach for more dumplings which I didn’t.

Great food, fantastic meal, plentiful too. Would love to be able to visit daily!
