Famous ramen restaurants from all over the country will be rotating for a limited time, so you can enjoy a variety of ramen. This time it was "Noodle Master Akamatsu" from Hokkaido. I had heard of the restaurant when I was on a business trip to Sapporo, but it's a little far from the center of Sapporo, so it's hard to go there, so I'm happy to be able to try it in Gifu. It feels like the salmon is combined with the chicken base, and you can feel the salmon in the aftertaste, but the salmon flavor is not too strong and it seems to go well together. Since the salmon flakes have a strong taste, I wonder if it would be better to dissolve them well? I ate it without thinking. I think it would have been better without the chashu rice bowl. I thought Sapporo would have miso, but apparently soy sauce is popular at the main store.

At Gifu Takashimaya, you can eat ramen from famous shops all over the country almost every month. There is also a Michelin restaurant. Because it is the best shop, all of them are delicious shops. Absolutely recommended!
