More Comments at Google MapI visited on 2021/7/11. It's a road I always pass, but I've never stopped by. I was at a loss for dinner, and I came to the store for the first time today. If you check reviews in advance, the overall evaluation is not so good. As soon as I entered the store, I was convinced when I heard the owner's energetic "I'm here!". "It's not a bad store." When I told them that I had read the reviews, they seemed happy to proceed with the conversation. As you can see from other people's reviews, they seem to put a lot of effort into their gyoza, and they seem to use Kurobuta (black pork without garlic), and they even declare it to be the ``most odorless in Yamanashi.'' did I ordered the recommended black pork gyoza and "Toraton (pork bone) char siu ramen". The meat used for grilled pork is also black pork, and it seems that there is a great commitment... I just said that it will be early or late until the offer. It looks like normal gyoza, but I was surprised when I tried it. Although I don't often eat gyoza dumplings from ramen shops, I was surprised by the amount of gravy. And it doesn't smell. Because it doesn't use garlic. I thought I could expect ramen grilled pork, so I immediately took a bite. It tasted and textured like I was eating it for the first time. Of course, both the soup and noodles are delicious. But the meat around me is so delicious that I can only think about this... (laughs) Do people who have visited the store once want to remember? As expected, there are many business cards in front of the cash register... I was surprised to see a business card of my teacher at my alma mater 🤭 I was also asked my name, and when I left, I was told my name and sent off 😌 It was my first time but it was a wonderful dinner that felt like it wasn't my first time. I will go again. I will definitely go. (Sorry for the long post)
Tora-san Ramen is an old-fashioned ramen shop located at the foot of Kaikoku Bridge in the direction of the Southern Alps from Kofu. At first glance, Tora-san Ramen, which is a locally-owned restaurant, has a somewhat intimidating atmosphere, but once you enter the restaurant, the friendly owner, Tora-san, welcomes you with a warm voice that makes you feel like you're returning home for the first time in a while. This store sells two things. The black pork gyoza, which is said to be the most odorless in Yamanashi, and the friendly owner. The owner, who acts like a long-time friend of first-time customers and regular customers alike, is reminiscent of Tora-san and Kiyoshi Atsumi from Otoko wa Tsuraiyo. They claim to be the most odorless black pork gyoza in Yamanashi. This is an exquisite dish that certainly doesn't have the typical gyoza smell, but instead has a rich, fragrant aroma. Tora-san even asks for help, showing that he has great confidence in the taste. If you can't decide on the menu, please try ordering. There is no denying that this is not a restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal alone. However, once you stop by the store, you'll definitely feel a warm feeling. An old-fashioned shopkeeper and an old-fashioned ramen shop that remain from this era. Why not stop by sometime?
Char siu, braised pork, black pork gyoza... Once you try it, you'll definitely be addicted!
