Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Ramen Makotoya Himeji tohori

This is one of the stores I've always wanted to visit since it opened last fall. There was always a line so I had to wait for the water to cool down, but finally I was able to go. This restaurant sells beef bone soy sauce ramen, and the ramen was delicious, but the fried chicken was exquisite! At other ramen shops, you often get fried chicken with the flavor of ginger in the tube, but the fried chicken here had a mild flavor similar to what you would get at a Japanese restaurant. One disappointing point is that on the day I visited, there seemed to be a lot of young part-time workers, but I didn't find them to be courteous, friendly, or energetic at all.
