More Comments at Google MapNot exactly clean, but the food was delicious. The ramen wasn't as "pretty" as other places, but the broth was delicious! I would definitely recommend others to try it. I purchased a ramen bowl with pork block and half boiled egg, and a side of fried chicken. Yes the fried chicken is different, but it was still very good. The chicken was dark meat with skin on, breaded, and deep fried, and the flavor was amazing! Also, I believe it had an adequate amount of cleanliness. It wasn't spotless by any means, but it wasn't what I would call dirty either. When I see someone's review say dirty, I won't go there, so I am glad I didn't check reviews before going. The reviews are not the best, but the place has been busy every time I have walked by. Yesterday I finally got to try it, and I am so glad I did.
Tasty delicious ramen, and the owner was polite and showed us the menu in English :) would recommend for a quick meal after Himeji
Sure it isn't the prettiest place you'll ever see, but at least it feels authentic and not some sterile tourist trap restaurant. Food was really quite delicious, especially if you order the Yokohama style (rich broth, thick noodles). Half price add-ons of gyoza and chicken karage (which was battered and fried fresh) were a steal. Rice included for free as well make this a really filling meal for not much yen.
