I received tanmen for the first time. It was very delicious, and I thought it was a nice restaurant with very attentive customer service, with the staff handing over plates and changing water without me having to ask. I will go eat there again!

I received the rich tanmen! When vegetables are stir-fried in fat, the aroma of the fat stands out. The soup is very creamy with hot water! The noodles are medium-thick and springy straight noodles like those used in Iekei ramen 🍜 The fragrant fat goes well with the soup, and it was really delicious when I slurped the noodles while sipping the soup! The balance of five flavors is also good.

I had a rich tanmen for the first time! Ah, it looks like champon! That's my first impression. I grew up in Nagasaki, Musoya was delicious. And healthy. I like fried chicken because it's crispy, but it would be nice if there was some kind of dip such as honey mustard or sauce or salt. I will come again.
