Ramen shop with a very warm atmosphere. The ramen soup is very unique as it is made using shellfish. The amazing thing is that it doesn't have the bad flavor and smell of the shellfish. Though it might seem expensive it is worth every penny.

When I entered the store, I could smell the scent of the ocean. Ramen made with shellfish soup stock. When I took a sip, no matter what it tasted like, the indescribable rich flavor of seafood filled my mouth. A light flavor with a deep richness. Is it okay to say that it is similar to the soup stock for grilled turban shells? This is a new type of ramen. It was a shop where you could feel the owner's commitment. I would like to eat it again. Yeah. It's been a long time since I've had a home run.

I ate a large serving of oyster dipping soba. The noodles are smooth and delicious. The oysters in the dipping soup are amazing! Impressed from the first bite. You can enjoy a variety of flavors such as miso, lemon, and nori in the dipping sauce.
