Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Ramen Karakara

One of the best meals I have had in Japan. Me and a group of friends went together. We ordered many different and delicious things. Ramen, tempura shrimp, a platter with 3 different meats, chicken wing/gyoza, oysters, and a couple of others. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return.

Love this restaurant. Located near the Himeji station. We had ramen, seafoods with rice, steamed oysters and 豚軟骨. All foods were prepared and cooked just right and delicious. Specifically the sashimi were so fresh and tasty. Worth a 5 stars for sure.

I had 4 types of ramen during my 2 visits, and the noodle soup was delicious in all of them 🤤 (R5.9.8 added) I'm starting to like this (๑♡∀♡๑) Even though it is an izakaya, you can eat delicious ramen without compromise 🤤 Moreover, there are many types of ramen, so I'm sure even ramen lovers will be able to find one that will satisfy them🍜 Not only the ramen, but also the sashimi and fries were delicious, and you can watch the cooking process from the aquarium at the counter. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, and there is no ``leaving immediately after eating'' characteristic of ramen shops. Hall staff who have free time don't laze around waiting for orders or serving food, but stay in their fixed positions. I saw him waiting with his back straight. Recently, I often go to bars and izakayas where college students work part-time, and the staff are destroying the atmosphere. I definitely felt comfortable at an izakaya where people worked in this kind of attitude☺️ Thank you for the meal (ㅅ´ ˘ `) I will come again
