It was delicious. The spoon to put the garlic in was large, so it was easy to put in a lot. The doubanjiang can be used when I ask the store clerk, but I'm not good at it, so I don't use it. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the rice is a little soft. However, I just like it a little stiffer, so it may be a matter of taste. It's a little hard because it's wrapped in nori that's been dipped in the soup, but I think it's normal for people other than me. I am very grateful that refills are free, and the delivery speed is fast. It arrived when I thought for a moment, "I should eat some noodles until the rice comes." I ordered salty, thick noodles, and hard noodles, and everything else was normal. I like light flavors, so next time I would like to try a lighter and stronger flavor. I'm happy to be able to easily enjoy authentic family-style ramen in Kobe. The toppings and pickles on the table were interesting and fun.
