I absolutely love the rich soup (chicken flavoured) that tasted superb, very collagen-like broth! The texture of the noodles were absolute on point! I would definitely visit again if I return to Kobe! Another highlight was the beef sushi that was so tender, and it was lightly salted. Long piece of beef above the rice! We ordered the set of combo of noodles with the beef sushi and wiped it all clean! The whole interior creates a very nice ambience and I would say it’s one of my best meal yet!

A small restaurant nested within the stretch of shops, it is tastefully decorated and serves quality ramen. The chicken-based broth is delicious. It is rich in collagen and very flavourful. As it coats the springy noodle, every mouthful is a delight. The chasu and chicken breast that come with the order were tender and succulent. The two pieces of beef sushi on the side did not pale in comparison. The meat was lightly seasoned with salt while the rice was bouncy and drenched in the right amount of vinegar and sauce. The marbled meat has a very light chew, and breaks up immediately upon chewing. For the price of 1210 yen, it is definitely worth every penny.

Tried the tsukemen which was absolutely delicious! Beef sushi was out of this world, it’s an absolute must-order! Tsukemen sauce was delicious and the noodles were great. Not many people talk about the tsukemen but don’t look down on it! I repeat: Order the beef sushi!!
