There is a Honke Marutaka in Wakayama, and the soup is pork bone soy sauce. Come to think of it, on days when the soup is thick, a tissue sticks to my lips lol. The medium-thick chewy noodles are dyed in the soup and are deliciously sipped. The “special” of special soba is a “special” with a lot of char siu, but I think there are many seniors who go through it because it is delicious. The prefectural office store is a little cheaper than the Ninomiya main store and Nishinomiya store during lunchtime.

Wakayama ramen. A soup made by boiling pork bones until it becomes creamy. It is delicious. I got a half fried rice set.
