Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Metro Ramen

5 stars are not enough for this place. A bit hard to find (attaching map (shop 46, B1F) and photo of the outside), but it's incredibly worth it, especially the duck ramen. Been here in Kobe for several days, eating mediocre but overpriced beef, but this place showed me the light. Shame I need to leave tomorrow morning, or I'd eat there again!

I loved this ramen. I ordered the duck broth soup. Such clean, delicate flavors. Would love to visit Kobe again to try the other two varieties. This guy started the restaurant just 3 months ago (March 2019). Get in on this action before there are massive lines out the door!

One of the best ramen restaurants I’ve been to in Japan. There ramen is different to most but it’s so special. It’s the type of ramen that makes you want to get emotional. I had the soy ramen and my wife had the shellfish ramen. Both were so full of flavour and the meat was so delicate. Glad I took the time to find this place. It is in the Basement of the center plaza. We came on on the San plaza side. Take the lift down to B1 and it is there towards the main road side. Lovely people that own it and an awesome atmosphere. Arigato
