Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Ramen Niboshi at Rokkomichi

I'm not a local, but I happened to see this place so I decided to go in. Since I had no experience with Jiro-style ramen, I ordered Nibo Jiro Ramen (regular size, no garlic) instead of the signature Niboshi Ramen. It's normal but it's a lot! ! When you first drink the soup, it has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink, contrary to its appearance. It was a lot of food and it was difficult, but I was able to finish it all. Also...I like the smile of the person serving customers at the counter. When I look at the review sites, I see some people who misunderstand and pretend to be critics... I think you shouldn't post negative opinions every single time.

The Rokkomichi store is the first ❗️ I waited for about 20 minutes at 21:00 to enter the store. Of course you can order, Nibo Jiro Ramen 🍜 Special size The soup is really delicious 😋 It goes well with the noodles ❗️ I might try a different ramen next time.

The dried sardines ramen is delicious. Is it dried sardines and fat? The rich flavor of the soup goes perfectly with the thick noodles. The noodles may be crumbly to say the least, but they're the best for a soup that's full of flavor. It's convenient because it's close to the station, but recently there's been a line of customers waiting at the store. I've started to give up on waiting in line more often. I visited here for the first time in a while, even though it was difficult to eat out due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was delicious. Since we live in a world where we can't do the things we used to do normally, I couldn't help but cry when I tasted something I haven't had in a while. There were many comments about poor customer service, but at least for me the customer service was good.
