More Comments at Google MapI started going to the Incheon main store, but lately I've been going here mostly. I go to Higashinada and Umeda, but I feel that the soups at the main store and this Nishinomiya Kita store are the most stable. I used to eat garlic, but after my blood sugar levels got high, I started using bean sprouts + garlic. I've only had authentic tonkotsu ramen a few times, but this is my favorite tonkotsu ramen. At restaurants like ○○do where you eat in an enclosed area, the soup is a little too sweet and makes you feel sick and you can't finish the soup, but here you won't be satisfied unless you drink until the end.
I'm really into it. Is delicious. I think there are a certain number of people who don't like the smell of the moment they enter the store. I'm also not good at smells. But the taste is delicious. Service is minimal, but I don't mind. It is a shop where you can quickly slurp ramen and go home.
With a punchy soup and straight thin noodles, I personally liked it because it felt a little closer to Kurume ramen than Hakata ramen. When you eat the seaweed with the soup as a substitute, it tastes even better. Red ginger and sesame seeds are your choice!
