I had delicious ramen. I topped it with a boiled egg, and the yolk of this boiled egg was amazing. Thick, deep yellow yolk. The soup has a lingering taste and is not too salty, so you can drink it all. Perhaps it's the sweetness of the Chinese cabbage, but it's gentle. It was in the food court of Aeon Mall, and everyone from the cashier to the cook was efficient and great.

Soup shocking! I find it very delicious! I felt that! There is also a free chive topping, but I recommend not adding it! When you add chives, the soup changes by 90%, so! The noodles are chewy and thick, making them easy to eat and soaking up the soup!

It is located in the picnic court (food court) on the 3rd floor of Aeon Kobe North. I don't usually eat ramen, but the one here was delicious. It seems like it takes a little longer to finish when it's crowded like on holidays.
