A ramen shop in Oji Park that offers great value lunch sets. The price has increased a little, and the B set of fried rice, fried chicken, and ramen is 1,050 yen. The default ramen is chicken and pork bone, but I added 120 yen to change it to spicy ramen, making it 1,170 yen including tax. I've been to the second store along the mountain trunk several times, and the fried rice is delicious. It was my first time eating spicy ramen. You can choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 5 spiciness (*additional charge will apply for 3 spiciness). I made it 2 spicier, but it was still tasteful and edible. There's a ridiculous amount of chili peppers piled up on the char siu, and the first thing you need to do is mix them into the soup lol.The chives and garlic are effective, and it tastes like Taiwanese ramen, which is quite delicious. A lot of people recommend this tomato ramen, but since I don't like tomatoes, I can't get enough of it. If you like tomatoes, please give it a try.

I visited during lunch time. There are 3 types of lunch sets and you can choose from individual items. There were so many ramen menus that I was spoiled for choice, but I decided on the standard lunch set B. The owner's ingenuity and dedication are evident in the price of ramen, half-chan, and two pieces of fried chicken for less than 1,000 yen. In addition, if you order the gyoza separately, it costs 2,300 yen for two people. It was a very satisfying set in terms of volume and taste. The soup has a strong flavor, yet has a refreshing aftertaste. Of course, the fried rice is also very delicious. The gyoza was delicious, just like the gyoza you get at a ramen restaurant. There are about 3-4 tables and 8-10 seats at the counter. I will visit you again. Thank you for the meal 😉

[Added in October 2023] I received the usual ramen, small fried rice, and 2 fried chicken pieces B set for ¥990. I was a little disappointed that the grilled seaweed for the ramen was gone. It was a nice and fragrant accent, though. However, I really appreciate the extraordinary effort they put into keeping even the set menu under ¥1,000. Thank you for the meal! I'll come back later! ! [Added in January 2023] I received set B, half fried rice and two pieces of fried chicken. I was glad that I didn't feel the strong miso flavor of the char siu that I felt last time, and went back to the soy sauce-based char siu. Have the noodles changed since the last time I had them? It seems like it's a little thinner than before, or that it's become softer due to the higher water content. [Added in December 2022] On this day, I had a large bowl of boiled egg ramen. The soup was piping hot and delicious as usual, but I wonder if the chashu has changed? The seasoning had a miso-like taste similar to Saikyoyaki, and the meat was dry and easily stuck in the teeth...I liked the char siu that I had had before because it went better with the soup. Was it just a coincidence this time? [Added in October 2022] The second store, Suido branch, has closed, and the miso ramen that was only available at night is now available for lunch as well. My favorite Kyushu ramen was only available at Suido, but it's now available at the Maya main store as well. Unfortunately, it's only available at night. Also, the fried garlic on the table was still there, but the mustard greens had been replaced with pickled radish (pickled radish?). [Added in February 2022] On this day, I wanted to eat something light, so I ordered Set A (3 gyoza and white rice) ramen with dried sardines. It was lighter than the standard chicken and pork bone and tasted like drinking dashi soup. It's not a rich sardine-based soup that has so-called fishmeal on top, but rather a refreshing soup made from the soup stock made from dried sardines. For lunch A set (¥850), you can change to dried sardine ramen or tomato ramen for an additional ¥110. I've been here several times, and the soup is always served piping hot. Furthermore, it is recommended that the noodles be firm. Since I can only go for lunch, I was interested in miso ramen that is only available at night. You can now have it at lunchtime at the second Suido store along the Yamate Main Line. Tomato ramen also seems to be quite popular and is often ordered. The chicken and pork bone soup ramen that bears the restaurant's name includes two pieces of slightly roasted pork belly, bean sprouts, green onions, and grilled seaweed. The food on the table and the fried garlic went well together. There is also Takana. Set B is full of volume with half fried rice and two pieces of fried chicken. Both of the fried chicken pieces were marinated in sauce and the meat was soaked in flavor. It was delicious and not too thick, but I thought it would be nice if you could put a piece of paper on the plate so the oil would drain away. The fried rice had fluffy eggs and a lot of green onions, so it felt like it had a lot of ingredients.
