As always, delicious Omi Champon. The soup with soup stock is really delicious. I thought it was different from other Champon other than Nagasaki Champon, but the more I eat it, the more I realize that this one might be better. Mixing vinegar with normal champon noodles greatly changes the taste. Surprisingly, it can become addicting. If you make a large serving of vegetables, the guilt of eating ramen will be reduced (^ _ ^;)
