A bowl of ramen costs over 1000 yen. Well, it's delicious! Both the chicken paitan and salt ramen were delicious! The egg was soft-boiled, so it wasn't to my liking. I thought it would be a shame to spend over 1,000 yen at a ramen shop, but the store was clean and the owner was very particular about it! So, I guess this is fine. I thought it was delicious♪ However, given the location of Takatori, whether or not to do so is a different matter.

This store opened in the spring. I had something to do at Nitori across the street, and while I was driving, I became curious and decided to visit. I ordered salt ramen. Elegant ramen with clear soup is brought to you. When you take a sip, you can taste the flavor of the chicken, but the aftertaste is refreshing. You can taste the flavor of the seafood, and you'll almost want to drink it all. The noodles are also just the right firmness and coat well with the soup. There are two pieces of chicken char siu on top, which are plump and extremely delicious. I need to repeat this soon.

It's raining heavily so I have to go home early, but I want to eat something hearty, so I rush to the perfect restaurant. Go to Hitoshio near Takatori Station. Even though it was near L.O., they happily let me in. Last time I had salt ramen, so this time I had chicken paitan. Comes with flavored eggs. This chicken paitan is really delicious. Although it is thick, it is not sticky, and although it is creamy, it is smooth. Of course, there is no smell at all, and I love the noodles. I finished eating in no time and left the restaurant very satisfied. I have to come again!
